Start again the lower train and wait until it almost has reached the lower signal. Then the lower signal will actually take over the control of the lower train. When you reach the situation that is shown in the picture, start the middle train which forces the middle train to cross the red light, while at the same time the lower signal tries to reset the middle signal from red to green.
